We reached out to Allison as soon as we received her review. We were disappointed she was so unhappy with her driftwood. Each and every piece is different and unique, and we’re happy to accommodate any preferences, but she did not specify any preferences (round, flat, color, etc). We offered to remake her sign or issue her a full refund and she opted for a new sign. She described what she wanted her driftwood to look like and we created and shipped a new sign at no charge that she was pleased with.
