Wow, wow, wow!
I got this as a Mother's Day gift. Because each order is customized with the wood choice, I decided to not specify a preferred wood and just see what I got. This is the PERFECT thing for my Mom (I feel like this shop knew what I was looking for more than I did!). I asked for an outline of Big Pine Key (which they did) in the center to match up with the coordinates and I could not be happier. The communication was 10/10, the friendliness was 10/10, shipping was SO quick (quicker than Amazon for me, but I know this can differ depending on location and the situation), secure packing, CUTE packing, and overall was one of the best online custom shopping experiences I've ever had. 11/10 would recommend to someone else and if I'm ever looking for something like this again, I will definitely come back!
