The creators of destination tree were incredible. I ordered with very little notice and needed them to rush the project. They did and I received my order within 3 days. They even took it upon themselves to upgrade the piece to a higher quality piece of wood for no extra cost because they knew this piece would be very sentimental to my parents who were selling our childhood home.
