Item was exactly what I was hoping for with extra wording in between. They confirmed the extra wording when they acknowledged receipt of the order, which gave me a comfort level. The item comes packaged great for being shipped and has a piece of burlap ribbon and a card from them wrapped around the center of the board. Beautiful presentation and the engraved board is perfect.

This item was delivered in a very timely manner!! However, we were the victim of theft out of our mailbox. When I reached out to Destination Tree, they let me know about the Etsy Protection Plan and although I didn’t have an account set up with Etsy, I could establish an account and link my purchases to it, so I can file a claim for the item. Kristin and Matt were so helpful and even bumped up my new order to help get it to me in time for Christmas!
