Matt was great to work with. When I first approached him with my idea for a custom design, he was quick to get me a draft and work with me to design the perfect sign and it was shipped quickly there after. Matt shipped the item with a tracking number, and after a few days we realize that it had registered at the post office but had never left. When I contacted Matt he investigated the matter and learned that post office had lost the shipment. He did not skip a beat in making me an entirely new sign, and sent it off as fast as possible. The sign is better than I even imagined, and we are so happy with the product and his incredible service. Thanks!
