We are limited to the driftwood and sizes we have available and cannot guarantee availability of preferences. Also, please remember, part of what makes our artwork so special is that no two pieces of wood are the same, and so everything is one of a kind.

It was a lot smaller than I expected. I also wanted a flat piece of wood. It would not show me the style of the wood or the words to proof before the order was placed or after the order was as placed. It was nice but not what I wanted. Thank you

We were so disappointed our artwork did not meet or exceed your expectations. All of our artwork is engraved by hand, so we aren’t able to provide a proof in advance, however we are always happy to accommodate any special requests for the overall style, layout, font or driftwood (flatter, rounder, color, etc). Unfortunately, we received no order notes or responses to our communication with any preferences other than the engraved details. After receiving this review we reached out multiple times in an effort to create and ship a new sign at no charge and received no response back.
