They were lovely to work with and very diligent about getting my product to me by my deadline. My only issue is that I didn't expect a log, rather a flatter piece of driftwood. I understand driftwood is a product of nature and as a customer we cannot expect an exact shape as the photos on the site, but, I received a log and I felt this was very different. Not a big deal, but perhaps customers should be made aware more specifically. Otherwise, the seller did a great job on the stenciling and rush job so I appreciate that.
