RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return your order within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. If your artwork arrives broken or incorrect, we will create and ship a new piece as soon as possible. Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and we will work closely with you to create a piece of artwork you are truly happy with.
SHIPPING
Custom orders are created and shipped within 7 business days. All purchases are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail which typically deliver in 2 to 3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the size/item purchased. A tracking number will be sent to you when your purchase has been shipped. Signature Confirmation and/or expedited shipping options are available upon request and for an additional fee.
